These are the terms on which Creative Graphics (Creative DTF Prints), Shop No. A5, Amrita Sadan CHS, Sector 22, Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai 400706, Maharashtra, India ("we") lets you use DTF Powerhouse: DTF Powerhouse Delta, the program for print shops, and DTF Powerhouse (free version and Pro), the program for a print shop's clients. By installing or activating the software you agree to them.
The software is licensed, not sold. You get a right to use it as set out here; everything else stays ours.
A Delta licence is for one business and comes as three keys, all on the email address of that business:
Each key runs on one PC at a time. The three PCs work on the same jobs, clients and accounts. You can move a key to another PC yourself up to twice (Licence, Disconnect Licence From This PC); after that we reset it for you on request.
We write to the email address of the licence 8 days before it ends. Please contact the admin and activate the subscription in advance to avail uninterrupted services. If a licence is not renewed the program stops on all its PCs until it is renewed; your jobs, clients and accounts stay as they are and are there again when you renew. Renewing keeps the same keys: nothing to reinstall.
A trial, when we give one, is free, runs on one PC for the days we state and ends by itself.
The Remove Background Tool, No-AI Halftone and any other tool we add to the program are FREE FEATURES. They are included at no charge and are not part of what the licence fee pays for. They are provided as they are: we may change, limit or withdraw a free feature at any time, and we do not promise that a free feature suits a particular picture, printer or purpose.
The free version needs an email address and a licence key, one PC per key. It includes the gangsheet creator, every tool, and Save The Project. Pro (Rs.1,600 a year) adds files you can take anywhere: Export to PNG and saving files from the tools. Pro is switched on for the key of the same email address; when the Pro year ends the program goes back to the free version.
A project file (.dtfjob) is in a locked format that opens only in DTF Powerhouse.
The software checks its licence with our server over the internet. If it cannot reach our server for more than 72 hours it pauses until the connection is back. Updates are delivered through the program; we may require an update for the program to keep working with our server.
The software prepares print files for the printers and print modes we list. You remain responsible for your printer, inks, film, powder and press, for checking a proof before a production run, and for the artwork your clients give you. Colours on a screen are not colours on a garment.
We work to keep the software correct and available, and we fix what we are told about. Beyond that the software is provided as it is, without a warranty that it is free of faults or fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of business, of profit, of data or of material (film, ink, garments), and our total liability is limited to the licence fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the software at any time. We may switch off a key that was shared, used against these terms, or obtained with a false identity or an unpaid fee.
We may update these terms; the current text is always in the program (Licence, Terms & Conditions) and at www.dtgdtf.com/powerhouse-terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Navi Mumbai (Thane district), Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
