1. Who we are

Creative Graphics (Creative DTF Prints), Shop No. A5, Amrita Sadan CHS, Sector 22, Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai 400706, Maharashtra, India. This notice covers the DTF Powerhouse software and its licence server. The shop website has its own privacy policy for orders placed there.

2. What the licence keeps

• The email address, name and WhatsApp number you gave when you asked for or bought a key.
• Your licence keys, their plan and dates, and what was paid.
• For each PC a key is activated on: the PC's name, the version of the program, the time and internet address of its check-ins, and a fingerprint of the PC made of scrambled (hashed) hardware numbers. The fingerprint lets a key stay on one PC; the hardware numbers themselves are not sent.

3. What DTF Powerhouse Delta keeps on our server for your shop

So that the PCs of one shop work on the same information, Delta keeps on our server, under your licence: your client book (names, company, WhatsApp numbers and groups, addresses, GST numbers, rates, notes), the list of your jobs and their status, sales and accounts figures, shipping details and ink and film counters. Only keys of your own email address can read them.

A key is a member of the shop of its email address. Never install one of your shop's keys on a PC outside your business: that PC would receive your shop's information.

4. What stays on your PC

• Artwork and designs, gangsheets and print files stay on your PCs and in the work folder you choose. They are not uploaded to our server.
• The tools (Remove Background, No-AI Halftone) work on your PC; pictures are not sent anywhere to be processed.
• WhatsApp in Delta is your own WhatsApp account linked on your PC. Its session is kept on that PC. We do not see your messages.
• A project file a client sends to a print shop carries the designs, the layout, and the name and WhatsApp number the client typed in the program.

5. What we use it for

To issue and check licences, to deliver updates, to let your PCs share your shop's information, to write to you about your licence (keys, renewal notices, a trial you asked for) and about the software, and to help you when you ask for support. We do not sell your information and do not share it with advertisers.

6. Who can see it

We can, to run the service and to help you. The companies that host our server and send our email process it for us. We disclose information when the law requires it.

7. How long, and your choices

We keep licence records while the licence runs and for the period the law requires for accounts. Ask us and we correct your details, or delete your shop's information from our server when you stop using the software. A request for a trial that we did not act on is deleted on request.

8. Security

The program talks to our server over an encrypted connection and the server's answers are signed. Access to the shop's information needs a valid key of that shop. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think a key of yours is in the wrong hands and we switch it off.
