Which printers does it support?

Ziggroll© SubliPhoto V1 is built for the Epson L18050, L8050 and L8180 / ET-8550 running as unmodified sublimation or photo printers. Printers that have hardware modifications, or printers showing errors, are not supported.

Do I need a RIP or hardware changes?

No. There is no RIP software and no hardware modification. SubliPhoto sits between your design software and the printer, so you print directly from CorelDraw or any DTP software onto a continuous roll.

How much does it cost?

Ziggroll© SubliPhoto V1 is a subscription for one PC — Rs.3,000 + GST for the first year, then Rs.1,000 + GST/year, including all updates and upgrades and every update released during your subscription. Available worldwide: pay via PhonePe (India) or PayU (India and international cards, including EMI). Genuine licences are sold only at www.dtgdtf.com.

Does it need an internet connection?

Yes, but not constantly. The software verifies its licence online and keeps printing normally for up to 72 hours offline, showing you a countdown. If it cannot reach the licence server within that time it pauses until the PC is back online.

Can I move my licence to another computer?

Yes. Your dtgdtf.com account lists every computer using the licence. Detach one and activate another yourself, without contacting support — twice on your own, and after that we reset it for you.

Do you support cracked or pirated copies?

No. We provide no support at all for pirated or cracked versions — only licence-based versions bought from www.dtgdtf.com. Paid installation help by video call or remote access is available at $10 per hour.
